Just simple question to ask ...... I want to show diff ads based on the country of visitor ..... separately on index page and proxified page!!!!
Any idea how to attain that?

For eg widget bucks for us/canadian users and adsense for all other.

good link on geotargeting your visitors, beware its a bit harder than you think, but there are simpler methods to do this.. I will take another quick look for it however.

IMO it can be done through phpadsner aka open ads too. I am running them for a few sites of mine, but havent tried geotargetting yet using it. But the documentation says it can be done. I guess this would be the easiest method.
