One way is to start your own templates site and promote from there. Are you the one who designed these 2 templates?

I will be using your 2nd design soon for my glype proxy, seems very clean and good for me to add in education content making it look like an education website.

Your template has been downloaded more than 10 times after only putting them live on my site.

The first one is designed by me and coded by me the second one is a free css and coded by me (if you will download it you will see the credits)
