My account was like banned and it was showing PSAs as I havent verified my adsense(they never sent me mail with PIN). After sometime I talked to them and again reactivated my account now all smart pricing has been removed!
I am earning very good these days

No its not.... It can be removed, Inhcrease the content, block china, bring US traffic.

To remove smart pricing, it would be good to once in a while take off ads from sites that are not performing well for advertisers. How to see which sites are not performing well for advertisers? Easy, if you see a site producing lots of 1 cent clicks for a period of time say 1-2 weeks you know that site isnt performing well for advertisers or the other possibility could also be that there are MFA ads on your site.

Adsense reviews your account every once in a few days, once they see the ads on poor converting sites gone, they will move your account status out of smart price and it will be all good again After which you can decide whether to place back ads on those sites.

If you account is smartpriced....Don't use it for like 20 days and it shall be back on track again!

20 days is a tad bit too long, I would say 7 days is good enough.

I've had almost 2000 impressions and 8 clicks today on one of my proxy sites and have only made $0.83. Yesterday I had 14 clicks and made ~$4.00.
