I would put your ads above the url box, all people see on your site is the hugh logo & the url box. I would also add some more text, don't use the word proxy, use this tool to find some high paying keywords - https://adwords.google.com/select/main. Then you can add an line ads, be it kontera or adbrite, etc. which will mena more $$ for you. All I see for your ads are how to block porn or ads with the word proxy, adding more text with some keywords will give you better ad variety & better paying.
Also what is with the video at the bottom? Maybe add some text above, watch this video to see other ways of unblocking your favorite sites.

P.S. - use Adsense text link ads, they work pretty well, people think they're real links if put in the right places.
