I am not quite sure why yours isnt working but I tried mine as well as some other phproxy proxies and they all work Ouch

I tryed putting SSL on phproxy and see if that worked and it still presented a blank a page.

nope its seems to be unknown.
Some people it works and some it doesn't.
There are so many modded phproxy's around its really hard to say whats wrong with it.
The script is also abandoned, it has no docs or anything.
