.in names are growing in popularity but $21 for it is pretty high in price.

he got them at http://whiz.in, they have a sale going on, all .in & .co.in for USD 3.93 (3.65819 CAD).

Never heard of them before so I looked at their payment methods & location. They state they are in Overland Park, KS but will take ICICI Bank Indian Rupees for payment?

If you use a CC or Paypal they charge you a fee & then give it back?

I registered some domains at http://whiz.in 3.93 for .in You load your account with funds and it deducts those funds as you register domains. I was skeptical of this registrar, but I was able to change nameservers quickly after the first domain was registered. So far no problems with whiz.in
