Do they allow proxies in the first place? By looking at their shared hosting plans I dont think they allow proxy hosting as they are offering highly oversell BW than they could cover for themselves.

Were not overselling our bandwidth at all our servers are connected to dual 100MBPS full duplex unmetered dedicated uplink ports then to 100mbps routers, if anything were under selling as these connections could offer alot more.

Well, I signed up for Orange, 2 days agoand 2 days in a row I had massive amounts of downtime where I was unable to access my site.

Had I not known st_jimi's is over at DP, I wouldn't have been able to get help. The supprt ticket system wasn't functioning, and no one was answering the online support (tho it said "online" in big, friendly green letters)

I hate to be negative, but I felt a sense of responsibility, seeing as I posted their link in the first place. And to be fair, James offered a month's credit for the downtime. Nevertheless, I won't be renewing next month.

Cheap is not always best, I guess.

True..you can't be expecting a top notch service from something offered cheap.
Just do your research and read for the testimonials and feedback.
lucky for me I use my own dedicated box.
