Disclaimer or TOS
Do most of you folks put a disclaimer or TOS page on your site?

RE: Disclaimer or TOS
Well I just place a short paragraph on the homepage. It's good to place a disclaimer and TOS. I have received complaints before on my proxies due to some abuse but I was not affected by it due to my disclaimer on my proxy.

Cool thanks. I have a disclaimer page on one of my sites right now as well as a paragraph on the main page. The other site only has a paragraph on the main page. I'll probably add a separate page on the second proxy with a disclaimer just to be safe.

Better safe than sorry I guess...

RE: Disclaimer or TOS
I have a main network which is my proxy listing site. I stated in the TOS that every website listed under the network are protected by the TOS. So, if some of the site did not have TOS, they will still protected..what do you think?

RE: Disclaimer or TOS
Hmm I think it's still better to have a ToS on every proxy site. I don't think "network" sites are gonna be protected if they do not have a own copy of the ToS or disclaimer listed on their own site,

Haha I have a cousing who is a lawyer but haven't needed to use her yet.

I would think as long as you point your sites back to TOS somewhere then it would be ok.

Do you use a big long legal type TOS or is it just something you conjured up your self?
