Disclaimer or TOS

RE: Disclaimer or TOS
As google didn't release any sample of PP and didn't have certain requirements, I believe a simple "We reserve the right to monitor and log your access to this service in terms of your IP address and sites viewed. However under no circumstances do we record private data submitted through the service. These logs will be used only when your activities are in breach of our terms of service outlined on this page, or in extreme cases if we are required by law to disclose such data." would be enough.

I may add a couple paragraph later. Tongue

You can find an online privacy policy generator here:

there's a nice section about adservers on there

RE: Disclaimer or TOS
I was looking for a way to save some time having to rewrite the TOS every time to include the name of the website its on. Leading to having errors sometimes. (not good) and a general waste of time.
So I made a php version of it.

Code:
<?php
$thesite = $_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'];
echo <<<OUT

//put all your tos here and replace instances of "yoursite.com" with $thesite
OUT;
?>

So it just uses the $thesite variable and does it on the fly. I just paste this into the template. Saves alot of time! feel free to use. Its a simple php script I wrote. Also make sure to escape any Qoutes with \ if you put them in there.
like
Code:
<a href=\"http://test.com\">test</a>

I have added a disclaimer in all my proxy website to warn them from suspicious abuses.
