Of course I would be glad to provide a free Term of Service and Privacy Policy for use with any proxy, running any script, for free. Glad you asked. Mdr

Feel free to download these, they are in PDF format for ease of use. Simply download them and upload them to your server and link to the file and thats it. (please do not hot-link off of my site) They are universal and fairly thorough.

RE: Disclaimer or TOS
If you're using Adsense on your proxies, you should be aware that Google just updated its TOS.

You now MUST have a privcy policy on your site with specific mention of the adservers you have on there.

Yeah I guess it's time to update the TOS's on my sites. So basically just a quick privacy policy blurb on the TOS page mentioning that Adsense is being used on this site and that means we use cookies should do?

I'm guessing that's ok...

If you want to use my TOS, feel free to do so. Just that if you do use it, make a little change so that the content wouldnt be the same.

thanks but the only thing I was thinking is that your TOS doesn't mention anything about the Privacy Policy stuff to accommodate Google's new TOS that says you need to say you use adsense and cookies.
