That doesnt really help, most ppl dont bother, but to those that do you might risk having them multi click just to "help" you kind-heartedly without knowing it would get you banned lol

The user doesnt caree but as webmaster wanting a high CTR then yes it does matter as a site designed with a discrete url bar will yield a better CTR

well I have released 3 templates and well, one person has sponsored a link on the footer of my templates and I feel that there is money to be made, it just all depends on how popular your templates site is, currently mine is not very popular but as I release new templates I feel that I will get the visitors that I need to actually make money off of these links.

Say 200 people download a template, that means that there is a great propability that around 100-140 people are using it which means that there are around that many backlinks, and proxys get 1000's of uniques a day, so the average visitor will click to your site and check it out etc, making the chance to get clicks even higher...
