They were talking about the referral links which were used in first post of this thread(which seems to be violation of forum rules)

Nope I dont use them. FOA has a insanely high amount of Pass-throughs, the last time I heard about them 1 month ago was they are having trouble with sending out payments, possibly a dying network that I cannot confirm. Do more research on the strength of their network first before going with them, I would suggest placing codes of GlobalInteractive, MediaShakers as pass-through alternative ads of FOA.

I use FOA & have been paid twice by them, they paid out feb earnings Mar 20th via paypal. I make way more with them than I do with both GI & MS combined. For Paypal they just e-mailed me, so I would suggest you just send them an e-mail or like nyunyu said just go over to proxy.org/forum & post in their thread.

Definitely Canep. FOA has super high pass-through rates. You could try putting FOA as the alternative appearing ad when Canep shows a pass through though.

I have tried that in the past but it doesn't work, they both use the same ad network so if Canep doesn't shown an ad neither will FOA, I use GI & MS as pass thru's now. As for which one is best, I find them both about the same. Yes FOA has more pass thru's than Canep but I make about the same amount of $$ from each every month, right now Canep makes me a little more, only because I am using them for popups (need a replacement).
