Every time I try to withdraw any amount of money it says "You don't have enough money to buy this item".

Are you sure you did it correctly? I can withdraw now fine no problems.

You have to have at least 2 dollars outside of the bank to withdraw your money. Its a small bug and I'll let the developer know.

Ohhhh, I see, it takes the $2 cost from the money you have on hand.
