Does anyone know if Adversal will ever ask for my tax id? Like maybe after I've made over $600?

I think it might ask you if you are from US otherwise it will never ask of other counties publisher for sure

Is it ok to place adversal pop-unders in the proxified pages while having adsense on the proxy homepage? Does google allow that?

I believe so, as long as you dont trick users into clicking ads and dont display ads alongside adsense that could be mistaken for adsense you are fine.

I believe it will be fine though you may have to disable the full page ads from adbrite but then again you may not because they do say they aren't pop-ups, So Id say its a 95% chance its within TOS also I have never heard of omeone being banned from adbrite.

no, is not allowed to use any pop-ups on pages where you have the Adbrite code, is strictly forbidden i asked their support 2-3 months ago

Adversal arent pop ups. They are pop-unders

better ask them first , still risky , only they can answer to this question
