He is selling a mod that replaces others' adsense ads with your own on proxiefied pages in phproxy.

He claims that the big guys have been doing this for months, and that its completely legal.

Hmm vahsi did something like that before and it ended up with bebo blocking his proxy.

In terms of morality I feel its not right to do it. Also you never know when google could just tweek their ToS without informing you and have you getting banned because you use that mod.

There are other risk factors as well. One of which is if it so happens the site that your user surfs thru your proxy is displaying google ads on an illegal content site and you replace it with your own ads and someone clicks on it, you get banned due to breaking of google's ToS of placing ads on illegal content site.

The risks are there, the choice remains in your hands.

the problem is not all sites that have adsense, is not breaking the Adsense TOS.


for example: what about, some one put adsense on porn site, and that porn site is surf through your proxy. and the adsense code replaced with yours, you can get banned from that

No matter what that guy says, its completely against adsense TOS.

You cant not put you adsense on content which you dont own, this is the reason why we dont use adsense in proxified pages. So, IMO its crap

Even though.... this mod does sound really tempting, I think the risks are too huge to mess with it.

... hey, I tried looking for this mod just out of curiosity, but all I saw was a completely separate script that did this - not a mod. Am I missing something?

If your unsure with googles tos/aup then give adbrite a shot.
