As for .info names, my advice is to stick with a .com

Lots of students tend to forget .info, lets just say u reg a .info and one fine day someone just regs your .com and u find lots of students who forgot about ur .info types the .com instead and u will be losing ur traffic especially if the .com guy sets another proxy up on it as well.
